PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Newt is someone who at his core wants to be valued, appreciated, and cared for... but he might react with confusion and/or push away COMPLETE strangers. Once a character is chummy with him to any degree, he will absolutely be throwing his arms around their shoulders, poking them, or otherwise being a nuisance in their public space. :)
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Sure man, wop him a good one, right in the kisser.
RELATIONSHIPS: He's pansexual in my interpretation of him, and will absolutely be open to one-night stands. I play him as having a (potentially unrequited) crush on his co-worker in-canon, and outside of that in memes and etc. I'm totally open to shipping of all varieties, as long as the other character is at least mid to older 20's and up.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Newt doesn't have a lot of triggers or offensive subjects; he's usually taken from post-first movie, but in the case that we play around with Pacific Rim: Uprising themes, he may have lingering trauma from the precursor control.

NOT INTERESTED IN: I am not someone to dive straight into smut/sex in memes, but other than that, I'm always up to trying new things. If a situation is going toward sexy times, hit me up for plotting just so I know what I'm getting into/if I'm feeling it!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: A shorter fellow at 5'5", he is broader in the upper body with shorter, skinnier legs that are accented by tight pants. Often in what I like to call 'Hot Topic' purchases, which include things like skinny ties, black jackets/pants with rolled cuffs, silver/black rings, bracelets, and decently fashionable glasses. He is very much working that 'scientist rock star' look he's dying to perfect, even if he's kind of squishy and dorky despite himself. He is covered under his button-ups in tattoos relating to kaiju (monsters in his universe), and you can find his torso and arms are completely covered.
VOICE: Newt has a very excitable way of talking, and tends to ramble a lot. His tone and pitch is higher when he's super passionate or upset. Example, especially at 1:40!
SMELLS LIKE: Old Spice, probably. Colognes that he hopes will inspire coolness.
DEMEANOUR/PERSONALITY: A bit clumsy on his feet in extremely active situations. Very high energy, stunningly confident in some situations, very much outgoing and friendly and open to celebration or partying, especially with regard to musical performances. He sometimes (or even very frequently) burns bridges socially despite this due to his blunt honesty and overexcitement/investments in things that cause others to create distance.
